How do I find out if you have something in stock or not?

No, we do not offer cash for second-hand items (unless it's a ESP MX-220 / MX-250 / MX-II / MV-290...) - we can either sell on consignment (i.e. on your behalf), or we may be able to trade-in towards other gear we have in stock, at our discretion. Please email us if you would like to explore either option, or see us in-store.
Do you offer gear hire?
The short answer is no, we do not. The only hire option we offer is a 6 month minimum contract, facilitated by a third-party company - the details of which you can see on any product page of our website.

- The cost is usually prohibitive. If you're looking at an in stock item, all you need to do is add it to your cart and go to the shipping address section of the checkout where it will quote you based on your address. It is fairly common for a FedEx quote to come back at over $300 for a guitar or similarly large object.
- Please note that the "Sendle" option cannot be used for anything too large for a normal postal service, and cannot be accepted even if the checkout offers it unknowingly. In these cases, we will be forced to cancel the order once reviewed. FedEx is the only actual option for larger bulky goods like guitars, keyboards, amplifiers or speakers.
- Some brands require us to not sell outside of Australia, in these cases we reserve the right to cancel any applicable orders received.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY - Any warranty supplied with our products will be limited to Australia and you would be responsible for any and all freight charges to and from Australia.
